Cloth We Use

Meet a few of our favorite fabric merchants:

The only home of authentic Donegal Tweed, Molloy & Sons create rich, detailed tweeds, and have taken the industry by storm. From the idyllic Atlantic Northwest coast of Ardara, this father and son team have drawn upon their ancestral weaving techniques to create modern fabrics that are highly inspired and transcendent.

Sheer Italian Luxury in terms of design and feel, Loro Piana is one of the world's finest purveyors of cashmere and Tasmanian wool. Through partnerships with a small number of specialty breeders, Loro Piana takes great pride in continuously and ethically developing world-class fibers from truly extraordinary animals. Reeves carries a full range of Loro Piana fabrics, including the incredibly rare vicuna and extra fine Merino wool.

Escorial wool  is the finest quality pure wool on the market today. The small rare sheep from which Escorial wool is created hails ancestry from the Spanish Royal flocks of El Escorial. These sheep produce a wool which has a unique shape that makes it astonishingly airy yet strong.

Harrisons of Edinburgh is now an unrivaled source for the most exceptional and leading edge tweeds, moleskins, wools, and cashmeres. Founded in 1863, Harrisons has always been a leader in its field and in recent years has acquired many of the Great Britain's finest fabric merchants including W. Bill, Porter & Harding, and H Lesser.

W. Bill has been a top merchant of brilliant tweeds and cashmere for over 150 years. With a traditional look steeped in heritage, W. Bill has become synonymous with classic British tailoring.

Porter & Harding set the bar high as a standard in accomplishing a smart British sporting look, which is is currently enjoying a modern resurgence.

Another member of the Harrisons of Edinburgh family, H Lesser is arguably the Bespoke tailor's favorite cloth to work with and is undoubtedly the most popular cloth on Savile Row. This heavy weight fabric is extremely durable with a fantastic drape; a dignified choice with a quintessential British feel. Reeves is delighted to now present this fabric in all weights, including the now very rare heavy 16oz.
